 From the NORTH
Garden State Parkway South to Exit 148 - Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield. Straight to Bloomfield Avenue and make a right. Proceed west on Bloomfield Avenue to Montclair. Make a left onto Seymour Street (Social Security Building is on that left corner). Turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue. Library will be directly in front of you and United Way Building to its left. On-street parking is available.
From the SOUTH
Garden State Parkway North to Exit 148 - Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield. There is no left turn at end of ramp (traffic light). Therefore, stay in left lane. Through traffic light, follow circle to make a right onto Bloomfield Avenue at gas station. Same directions as “from the NORTH: above.
From EAST of Montclair (New York area)
Take Route 3 West to Grove Street, Montclair/Paterson exit. Turn left at top of ramp and proceed south on Grove Street for 3 to 4 miles to Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair (6th traffic light). Turn right onto Bloomfield Avenue and proceed three blocks to Seymour Street (Social Security Building is on left at corner). Turn left and then turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue, and proceed one block to South Fullerton Avenue. Library will be directly in front of you and United Way Building to its left. On-street parking is available.
From EAST of Montclair (Newark area)
Take Bloomfield Avenue WEST into Montclair. When reaching Montclair, directions are same as above.
From WEST of Montclair
Take Route 280 East to Exit 8B - "Prospect Avenue - Cedar Grove". Go North on Prospect Avenue to intersection of Route 23 (Pompton Avenue) and Bloomfield Avenue (Acura Dealer on corner). Turn right on Bloomfield Avenue. Proceed into Montclair - at five-corner intersection (Chase Bank and Hampton House Furniture on left – Bangz Haircutters is on the right). Turn right on South Fullerton Avenue for two and one-half blocks to United Way Building on right next to Montclair Public Library.
Please use on-street parking as there are a limited number of spaces for employees working in the building.
