Building Strong Neighborhoods in North Essex
The United Way of North Essex recognizes that no
single group alone can address the complex
problems that matter most to a community,
whether it’s responding to crisis such as
domestic abuse or working long term to improve
the quality of early education.
We are committed to building stronger
neighborhoods by investing in programs that
provide:
- High quality services through the United
Way’s 211 Information and Referral Helpline;
- Access to emergency and transitional
services that foster long-term independence;
- Support, information and advocacy,
including protection, for families dealing
with physical and mental abuse;
- Support service for individuals and
families who are suffering the loss of
employment, or other financial or emotional
crisis.
