Individual Assessment – A Coordinator will provide an initial assessment of your unique needs and determine if you qualify for any governmental and social service programs

Family Success Plan – We assist in the development and implementation of a customized success plan including specific goals and the steps to achieve those goals.  We follow our clients through their crisis to self-sufficiency

Information, Referral & Advocacy – When necessary, we supply information on available resources and make referrals to appropriate off-site programs including food stamps, housing and utility assistance.

Program Application Assistance – We provide guidance on the completion of applications for a variety of social services programs.

Health Information – Offered for child, maternal and family health, including connections to publicly funded health insurance programs and referrals to local health care services.

Financial Stability Services – Access provided to career and educational programs including career assessment, job & computer training, resume preparation, interview skills and credit repair.
